• Payment information — handled directly by PayMongo; we do not store card details
• Application information — name, phone, email, store name (for merchant/delivery partner applicants)
• Waitlist information — phone number (when you join a category waitlist)
• Account information — email and password (for merchants and delivery partners only)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process and fulfill your orders
• Contact you about your order or delivery
• Notify you when a waitlisted category becomes available
• Review and process merchant or delivery partner applications
• Improve the platform and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following services which may process your data:

• Supabase — database and authentication hosting
• PayMongo — payment processing (currently used for optional support and sponsor transactions; GCash order payments coming soon)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Netlify — web hosting and serverless functions

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

We retain order and account information as long as necessary to operate the platform and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:
